Collaboration Division Application Form – (CDAF)
Requirements to Join:
→ Must be 19+ years of age.
→ Resume or portfolio (post-secondary education not required)
→ Your own role-appropriate hardware & software, if required (e.g., rendering-capable device, storage, pc, adobe etc.)
Steps to Be Accepted:
Review & Sign the (MPBSCA) Collaboration Agreement:
→ Read the agreement carefully and sign it.
→ Upload a government-issued ID to verify the agreement as required to this form.
→ Upload the signed agreement to this form.
Complete the Application Form:
→ Fill out all required fields.
→ Upload your resume or portfolio to this form, either one works.
Join the Discord Server:
→ After submitting your documents, join our Discord server.
→ Our admins will review your ID, signed agreement, and short interview video.
→ Once verified, you will be approved and fully accepted into the server.
Important Note:
Submission of information is part of our internal review and does not create an employment contract under the Collaboration Division Application Form (CDAF) or (MPBSCA). All documents, including your government-issued ID, are used solely to verify and solidify the agreement and will not be used for any other purpose.
